This podcast is mostly regular folk on a casual podcast sharing our stories, advice, ups and downs and so on. As I age, I felt inspired by others to share some of my experiences in my life and from others and their reflections and stories. Topics range from happiness to heartache; faith and despair to hopefulness to interviewing others about their lives. Sometimes my interviews are conducted outside on our deck where you can hear birds singing or over the microphone from an office. I’m a mother (blended family-six adult children and lots of grandkids), wife, published writer, published photographer, songwriter, an actress and photo journalist. I’m not a social worker/psychologist but I do offer what has been helpful for me to ”keep on going.” I will also read some of my poetry, short stories and recite some of the songs, I wrote with my husband and one of our daughters.’ Our original songs are streaming on various streaming platforms, either under: Chanelle and under: Mike Larocque/or Larocque Country.
